I would say that while the Department did not break records, but at the same time we did not receive a single rejection. Our clients are happy, my team is working hard, and I am delighted with how smoothly we are progressing toward your bright future in Australia together.
First and foremost, I want to remind you that the end of the calendar year is approaching, and we are eagerly anticipating the upcoming migration changes. The initial changes regarding employer sponsored visas will take effect at the end of November. At the end of the year, my personal prediction hints at updates in skilled and business visas (but that’s just prediction, not more). In any case, stay tuned with us to be informed about all migration news!
And now let’s review the list of happy clients of my migration practice who obtained their Australian visas in October.
I want to highlight that all these wonderful people went through a consultation before starting to work with us under a contract. I would like to remind you that a strategic consultation is recommended for everyone planning their migration under skilled stream.
While I strongly recommend an express consultation for candidates who would like update existed migration strategy, as well as for people considering relocation under the family stream.

Moreover, there is no cap for partner visas.
By the way, I have prepared a free guide that will help you navigate the most crucial question – whether your love story qualifies for the partner visa requirements.
