Timeline

October 2021:

The client contacted us immediately after South Australia announced opening for offshore candidates.

  • Candidate was successfully assessed under free assessment tool
  • Skills assessment and English test results were already completed
  • We invited this candidate to sign a contract under post-payment condition (special offer when the client pays agent service fees ONLY after he receives state nomination approval)
  • Preparing the case, submission letter for the state about candidate benefits and his involvement / future contribution in the priority sector of SA, completing all required forms

 

November 2021:

  • We again have to monitor the application status, communicate with the department, respond to additional requests (Request of further information, RFI)

How long do we have to wait?

This question does not have a clear answer. As you already know, the visa consideration time depends on the type of visa and on the candidate’s occupation. Moreover, the average processing time from our customers used to be 30% faster than the official declared time.

  • Higher education Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
  • Total skilled work experience – more than 8 years
  • Level of English – Superior (8888 IELTS)
  • Expected to apply for visa 491
