General Skilled Migration skills assessment obtained within 60-day invitation period will be accepted
Department has confirmed that due to the result of the decision of Thapa v Minister for Immigration [2021] FCCA 686, Department will now accept a suitable skills assessment for an applicant’s nominated skilled occupation which has been obtained within the 60-day invitation period.
This is not applicable for expired NAATI or English test results. Please be mindful when you lodge your EOI to make sure all required documents are valid t time of invitation.
