Navigating Employer Sponsored Visa

Dear Friends,

In the dynamic landscape of migration policies, staying informed is crucial, especially if you’re navigating through employer-sponsored visas. Today, we bring you some important information.

For the moment, the limit of Employer Nomination Scheme SC186 is nearing its capacity – 95% of visa places for the 2023-24 period have already been allocated. While nominations are still being approved and visa processing continues, any excess visa grant notifications will be held until 1 July 2024. Considering the planning levels 2023-24 of ENS is 36,825 places, I must admit, that 30+ thousands professionals of highly demanded occupations have successfully migrated and got permanent residency in Australia.

I am personally impressed of this number! What about you?

Moreover, please note another important factor. The Department is currently undertaking a review of all employer-sponsored visa policies, encompassing both temporary and permanent streams. It means everything may change soon. If you think you are eligible for transition from 482 visa to 186 TR stream, please do not waste your time and apply for PR as soon as possible.

Actually, you don’t have to wait until 2 years is reached of working for the same sponsor before lodging visa 186TR application. You may apply prior that day, but generally not more than 5 days early will be acceptable. So, in the best scenario, you and your sponsor will save significant time and money here.

Please, remember, we’re here to support you every step of the way. We specialize in various employer-sponsored visas and are available to assist you. Feel free to reach out to learn more and receive a free assessment of your eligibility!
