Employer sponsored visa to be streamlined.

As part of the implementation of Australia’s new migration strategy, the DOHA has announced that the Labor Market Testing process within the nomination and employer sponsored visa SC 482 and 494, has been simplified. 

The compulsory requirement for employers to advertise on the Workforce Australia website has been removed, and the validity of advertising period will increase from 4 to 6 months. That gives employers greater flexibility in relation to how they hire migrants.
