Skills assessment changes for IT and Data Science migrants

Are you a professional in IT or Data Science considering a move to Australia?
There are changes that may pique your interest.

Starting as early as March 2024, a new streamlined ACS Migration Skills Assessment application process will be implemented.

What does this mean for you?

If you’ve started your application but want to apply now, lodge your assessment and all required evidence no later than midnight AEST, Monday 4 March 2024.
If you have already applied for your skills assessment and are waiting for outcome, just wait for it 😉
If you plan to reapply, use the new application process starting in March 2024.

What to expect from the new application process?

Faster and simpler skills assessment. New operating systems and streamlined processes will improve the quality of applications, avoid delays and reduce turnaround times to as little as 15 days.
Personalised dashboard and the ability to check on the progress of an application at any time for each registered applicant.
With application for assessment will automatically select up to three ANZSCO codes simultaneously, increasing options and the chances of success.
