The Department has updated the list of eligible visas that have an automatic exemption to enter Australia from 15 December 2021.
Only holders of these visas are eligible for automatic exemption.
Applicants holding Bridging Visa B and currently waiting for listed eligible visas are not included in automatic exemption and must apply for a travel exemption to return to Australia if they depart as the holder of that bridging visa.
The useful travel preparation list is also available here with detailing each step required in planning to come to Australia.
