Migration program 2022-2023 updates

The new labour government with the new prime minister, presented new budget amendments aimed to stabilize and recover Australian economy, to reduce government expenses and bring more benefits for citizens and potential citizens (migrants) of Australia.

Among the updates announced by Treasurer Jim Chalmers, I have met the amazing news:

The number of places for skilled and family visas increased from 160,000 to 195,000 in the 2022-2023 financial year’s migration program.

It will be easier for businesses that faced labour force shortage to cover it because the quota for skilled visas has grown from 79,600 to 142,400.

The number of partner and child visas granted still doesn’t have a sealing and are determined driven with indicative planning levels only.

The government is planning to grant almost 2 times more visas for parents of Australians in the current financial year rather than in 2021-2022. It is going to be 8,500 visas instead of the 6,000 visas announced earlier for 2022-2023 program year!

Friends, such good news inspires me to work harder, grow my team and improve my business processes!

To do all to help more highly skilled professionals, loving hearts and strong families to change their lives for the better and find a new home in Australia!
