First Invitation Round 2023-2024. ACT

There is no the official information regarding the skilled stream visa allocation among the Australian states for 2023-2024 financial year. However the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has already conducted its first invitation round at July 14th.

ACT has a fixed number of nomination places available, proportionate to the annual allocation. Invitations for nomination from the territory are given to candidates with the highest ranking in each specific occupation. The selection criteria depend on the remaining monthly allocation, the date of application submission, and the occupation list. Personal circumstances such as birthdate or visa expiry date are not taken into consideration when issuing invitations.

Please note that the minimum score is only an indication and not guarantee an invitation.
